I just received (late afternoon) a refusal from K2 apartments to host me tomorrow morning. We had agreed everything but she suddenly changed her mind. I suspect someone else offered either a better price or longer stay, so she changed her mind after a firm prior agreement with me. Luckily, I had not paid the advance payment as we did not have enough time to wire the money in advance but we communicated and agreed on the deal with the K2 apartment even without the advance payment.
this is really sad and terrible. I did not find any link at this website to formally submit a complaint. this country does not have tourist police either, as far as I am aware.
anyway, if you don't want to get into a similar problem, avoid K2 apartments
