Location: The apartment is situated on the 6'th floor in the house, that is just 250 meters from the ski and 50 meters from the supermarket "Smart" and hotel "Marco Polo". There are lift, security, cafe, ski-depo and a shop in the house
Near, in "Marco Polo", there's a sauna with swimming pool and jacusi that cost 50 lari for one person.

Rooms: Consists of two rooms:a bedroom with two beds and a living room, joined with kitchen with convertible sofa and additional matrasses for comfortable sleep. There's also a fifth sleeping place-a convertible bed with matress.

Service: There're a lift, security, parking place, cafe, shop, ski rent on 1-st floor,ski depo (included in cost). All except security works only in ski season.
 Near in hotel "Marco Polo there're a sauna, swimming pool, jacusi, pool tables, tennis etc.

Equipment: There's an equiped kitchen, washing mashine, boiler. It has central heating plus oil heater.
There's a fridge, an iron,Ironing board,a hairdryer, a TV set,drums,backgammon, chess. checkers, domino, a guitar.There's a balkony with stunning views on mountains,where you can get sun tan after skiing.
Free 4g wifi. Sleep equipment and towels are included in cost.

Discounts: There's a 10% discount in case of booking for 7 or more days

Deposit: You may book a flat by paying 10-20% of the cost. Deposite can't be returned in case of refusal made later then 15 days before arriving.

Payment essentials: Payment in Lari, US dollars, Euro.

Additional information: Check-out -before 12:00, check-in- after 13:00. You may leave later or arrive earlier, if it doesn't touch interests of other guests. If you need to change the time of check-in or check-out, warn previously.
