Location: Apart Hotel New Gudauri 2 (REDCO) is located at an altitude of over 2,200 meters above sea level in the prestigious settlement of Gudauri. It is based in 2-minute walk from the new gondola cableway. An excellent restaurant with Georgian and European cuisine is located on the ground floor of the hotel. Tubing track for children and adults is also located near the house. There is a loop-line for the beginners and amateur skiers in a hundred meters from the house, and also there are two ski escalators for children near the cableway. There are a lot of cafés, pizzeria, wine house, as well as equipment rental, instructors and heli-skiing. Over-the-night cableway is available during weekend. The apartment is based on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator, round the clock security, personal Ski Depot (lockers) and parking. There is also central heating, hot and cold water all year round.The hotel has a restaurant, bar, SPA (sauna, pool, jacuzzi, massage, fitness) .

Equipment: A comfortable fully furnished studio type apartment of 30 m² has a balcony with stunning views of the mountains and courtyard. This apartment perfectly houses 4 people and is equipped with double bed (160x200) and a sofa-bed (160x200). It has a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, electric kettle, refrigerator, stove, and microwave oven), internet access - Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included.

Transfer: Meeting up in Tbilisi and transfer to Gudauri is available at additional fee: one-way transfer for 1-4 people costs 80-90 USD.

Discounts: provided a 5% discount for stays of 10 nights at any time of the year, except 25.12 - 14.01.

Deposit: The apartment can be booked by paying 50% of the total amount. The amount could be paid via Unistream or Western Union. Deposits are not refundable on cancelations made later than 30 days before arrival. (No refund on the dates between 25.12. - 15.01.)
