Location: The apartment is located in the apart-hotel "Gudauri Palace", which is 30 meters from the gondola lift in the New Gudauri area. This area is clean, quiet and safe. Near the house there is a children's slide and a playground. In the house there is a lift, ski-depo, security, restaurants, ski and snowboard school, ski equipment rental. Also nearby (30 m) with the house there is a grocery supermarket, bar and spa.

Equipment: The apartment is new, cozy and comfortable (67 sq.m.) Interesting design of the apartment and quality furniture.
Two separate rooms, a large balcony with a view of the mountains.
A fully equipped and fully equipped kitchen (all necessary utensils, hob, extractor, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave oven, refrigerator, SAECO coffee machine).
Each room has a plasma TV with satellite channels. Free wi-fi.
Also in the apartment there is a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner and a clothes dryer.
The apartment is warm, heated floors, there is always hot water and warm blankets. Bedding, towels and hygiene kits are included.

- in the studio room there are two convertible sofas, which can accommodate 2 pairs.

Transfer: We organize transfer for an additional fee. Transfers do on the prepared off-road cars: Nissan Patrol, Mitsubishi Delica, Mercedes Sptinter. With simultaneous booking of a transfer from Tbilisi to Gudauri in two directions, a reverse transfer with a discount of 15%.
 

Discounts: We provide a discount of 5% for stays of at least 5 nights, for groups of 8 people, as well as for regular customers and their friends.

Deposit: You can book an apartment paying 30% of the total amount. The deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation of the reservation made later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Additional information: 

• Free of charge we advise newcomers from arriving in Tbilisi before departure from it (transfer to Gudauri and back, exchange of rubles or other currency for lari, sim cards, purchase of products, advice where it is necessary to visit Georgia and, in particular, in Tbilisi and t ).
• We carry out special requests for an additional fee (delivery of Georgian wine to Moscow, etc.)
