Location: The apartment is located on the fourth floor "Penta Invest" (House Burjanadze), in the village of Gudauri, at an altitude of 2100 meters from sea level. At any time of the year, you can enjoy the beautiful view from the windows. The house is located near the ski slopes. From the threshold of the house to the cable car on skis you can get in 2-3 minutes, and also easily return from the slope. The house has an elevator, security, bar-restaurant, free parking, "Ski Depo".

Equipment: Three bedroom, comfortable apartment (total area 77kv.m). Two separate bedrooms, large (shared) living/kitchen. Two large balconies, with a wonderful view of the mountains. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: Heating, hot, cold water (central heating), Wi-fi, bed linen, towels.

Discounts: We offer a 5% discount for stays of at least 8 nights at any time of the year, except December 25 - January 13.

Deposit: You can book an apartment by paying 30% of the total amount. The deposit is not refundable upon cancellation of reservations made later than 30 days prior to arrival.
